Do I pay Food Mamba or each vendor separately?

You pay Food Mamba. We consolidate the approved services into one invoice, so you do not have to manage separate payments across caterers, entertainers, staffing companies, or other vendors.
Can you work within a fixed per-person or total event budget?

Yes. You can provide either a total event budget or a per-person budget. Mamba Pro builds proposals around that budget and highlights where adjustments may be needed to meet your priorities.
Can my company pay by invoice?

Yes. Corporate clients can be invoiced by Food Mamba, subject to agreed payment terms and any required account approval.
Can you accommodate last-minute events?

Often, yes. Availability depends on the event size, location, services required, and vendor availability. For urgent requests, our team will prioritize options that can realistically be confirmed and executed on time.
Who handles vendor coordination after I choose a proposal?

Food Mamba does. Once you approve a proposal, our team coordinates the participating vendors, confirms requirements, manages updates, and acts as your central point of contact leading up to the event.
What happens if a vendor cancels?

If a confirmed vendor becomes unavailable, Food Mamba will work to secure a suitable replacement as quickly as possible and keep you informed of any material changes to pricing, scope, or service.
How does the payment process work?

Once you select a quote, you can accept and pay online securely using debit or credit card. If you prefer another method — cheque, e-transfer or invoicing — just let your Account Manager know and we’ll accommodate your preferred process.
