By placing an order through the Food Mamba platform, you agree to pay the total price specified at the time of checkout. This includes applicable taxes, delivery fees, and any service charges. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be altered or canceled through the platform and is subject to the vendor's specific cancellation policy.

All payments must be made via the methods specified on the platform. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize Food Mamba to charge your method of payment for the total amount, including all applicable fees and taxes.

Refunds, cancellations, and service complaints are subject to the policies of the individual food vendors or service providers. Food Mamba acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for processing or issuing refunds. We do not guarantee refunds for dissatisfaction with food, delivery issues, or any service-related matters. For refund requests, please contact the vendor directly. Food Mamba may, at its sole discretion, provide credits in exceptional cases.

The Service is provided "as is." Food Mamba makes no warranties regarding:

• Vendor performance or product availability
• Accuracy of vendor descriptions
• Delivery timelines

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
